1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of prashanthtech.com (the "Website") and the services provided by Prashanth Tech ("Prashanth Tech", "we", "us" or "our"), based at Road No. 9, Film Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By using the Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.
2. Our services
We provide technology services, including mobile app development (Android and iOS), website and web application development, custom software development, digital marketing and SEO, AI solutions, and ready-to-launch products such as RythuMall and School Management.
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment terms for each project are agreed in a written quote, proposal or agreement (the "Project Agreement"). If anything in a Project Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Project Agreement applies for that project.
3. Quotes and payments
- Quotes are based on the requirements shared at the time and are valid for the period stated on the quote.
- Payments are due as per the milestones or schedule in the Project Agreement. Work on a milestone may begin after the related payment is received.
- Applicable taxes are charged as per law.
- Third-party costs, such as domain names, hosting, cloud services, app store developer accounts, paid plugins, SMS/WhatsApp messaging, AI model usage and advertising budgets, are payable by the client unless the Project Agreement says otherwise.
- Delayed payments may pause work and shift timelines.
4. Changes to scope
Any new features or changes beyond the agreed scope are treated as change requests. We will share the impact on cost and timeline, and the change proceeds after your approval.
5. Client responsibilities
To deliver your project on time, you agree to:
- provide accurate requirements, content, images, logos and feedback on time;
- provide access to accounts and systems needed for the project;
- ensure you own or have permission to use any content or materials you give us; and
- review and approve deliverables within a reasonable time.
Delays in information, feedback or approvals may affect timelines.
6. Timelines
We share timelines and milestones in the Project Agreement and work to meet them. Timelines are estimates and may change because of scope changes, delayed inputs, third-party dependencies (such as app store reviews) or events outside our control.
7. Intellectual property
Ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you is transferred as set out in the Project Agreement, after full payment is received. We may use pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks and code that we or third parties own; you receive the right to use these as part of your deliverables, but ownership of them does not transfer. Open-source components remain subject to their own licences.
Our ready-made products (such as RythuMall and School Management) remain our property and are provided under the licence terms agreed in the Project Agreement.
8. Confidentiality
We keep confidential any non-public business information you share with us for a project, and use it only to deliver our services, except where disclosure is required by law.
9. Third-party platforms
Apps, websites and software often depend on third-party platforms such as Google Play, the Apple App Store, hosting and cloud providers, payment gateways, WhatsApp and AI providers. Their approval, availability, pricing and policies are controlled by those providers, and we are not responsible for their decisions, outages or changes. We will help you resolve issues where reasonably possible.
10. Support and warranty
After launch, we fix defects in the agreed scope for the support period stated in the Project Agreement. Ongoing maintenance, updates for new operating system versions, new features and hosting management are provided under a separate maintenance plan, if agreed.
11. Marketing and SEO results
Search rankings, ad performance and leads depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition and market conditions. We work to improve your results but do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prashanth Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid by you to us for that project.
13. Website information
Content on the Website, including descriptions of services, process and technology, is general information only. It is not an offer or a binding quote; prices, scope and terms for any project are confirmed only in a written Project Agreement.
14. Third-party links
The Website may link to third-party websites and apps such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and app stores. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
15. Website use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code or copying its content without permission. Content on the Website is for general information and may change without notice. All trademarks, logos and content on the Website belong to Prashanth Tech or their respective owners.
16. Termination
Either party may end a project as set out in the Project Agreement. If a project ends early, you pay for the work completed up to that date and any committed third-party costs.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
